Major top quality repairs at a small neighborhood shop. Excellent, personal customer service. Josue went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the work on my car. Happy doesn't even begin to describe! My 2009 feels like a 2024!

They were pleasant and fair to work with, and treated me well. The front desk guy was honest with me about not even needing to replace the part. They didn’t even ask me to leave a review but now I see why they have five stars.

I have been going to Frontline Auto Repair & NYS Inspection of Babylon for the past few years. It's an understatement to say that I am quite satisfied with the service I have received. These guys are friendly, courteous and very thorough with the service and customer care that they provide. There is a reason I keep coming back. No, not because my vehicle keeps breaking down, lol, but because I do need NYS Inspection on a yearly basis. Due to my Jeep GC Laredo is over 10 years old, there are maintenance work beyond the norm that need to get done in a timely manner, and esp. since this is not the most reliable vehicle out there in it's class or period, for that matter. Rich and the other guys give a complete health report so that I know what I have to do. Thank you all for taking care of business as usual and I do highly recommend anyone to go there if there is something needed relative to your vehicle. _mike h.
