I only give hole in the wall shops like this 1 chance. Made an appointment for 1130. There was nobody even at the shop. Doors locked rang the ring cam stood outside for a few minutes. Nobody there. Very unprofessional will not recommend a place that cant keep their own appointments to fix a vehicle. Shows bad business .
JC there was a scheduling miscommunication, our online appointment scheduler did not correctly synchronize with our schedule we sincerely apologize!!as for a hole wall in SHOP don’t know why you would think or say that and is very disrespectful to us. we take great measures and pride to go above and beyond and we couldn’t disagree more, we took the day off so that our team can enjoy time with their families and loved ones because in the end that is what is most important in life!
