This was my first time visiting Frontline and I have to say, I am completely amazed and happy with the servicing of my vehicle and the customer service I received.

Honest, efficient, fast, accurate,friendly, no hassling, reasonable prices. I have found the best repair shop in Long Island. I really appreciate all they do for me and my vehicles. They will give you a honest and accurate estimates and won't pressure you into doing anything you don't want to. I love that and that says alot about a company.

Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Frontline. Great communication and professionalism. Frontline provides photos and videos of each recommended service before preforming any job, allowing the vehicle owner to see all the issues affecting their vehicle. What an amazing shop. I can’t say enough on how honest, professional and amazing this place is. Discovering Frontline Automotive is like finding a gem… A diamond! I can’t recommend this place enough.

If you need something quick like an oil change they are good but; to do anything else they might charge you an arm and a leg. I had my brakes change and a rotor (1). They charger me literally $400 for labor only, plus the parts my bill was $800. It was very disappointing, I thought I found a good place to take my car.

Hello Maura we are sorry you are upset we want to rectify the situation and make you happy, but we would like to clear up a couple of errors in your statement, your total bill parts+labor with sales tax was 799- your job included 2 new front rotors and pads and rear pads, also we checked & repaired your abs system, found some wiring that needed repair witch we did, we would never do any work with out your authorization witch you gave, so we are not sure what went wrong but rest assured we want to rectify the situation and make you happy
